There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom upon arrival. We notified management via email and received a prompt response. The issue was resolved immediately. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice welcome at check-in from the 2 people on the desk.
The room was spacious and comfortable, modern decor and a reasonable view.
Dinner in the Forrester Restaurant was also very good and great service given by Thea and Sebastian.
This is a nice, well priced and well appointed inner city hotel.

Central city hotel that was easy to find, our room was spacious and clean with wet room bathroom so no need to climb into a bath to have a shower. Some road noise but rooms are back from Hobson St so not too bad (double glazing would help) There's limited onsite parking and as there was work being done on the front of the Hotel the contractors seem to take most of the parks. Hopefully once completed that will free up. Easy to walk to central Queens St etc (10min) and we found lots of restaurants at K Road (20 min) We will remember to stay again as Hotel is reasonably priced and ticks all the boxes. We didn't try the breakfast offering.

"overall beautiful establishment I had trouble with check in wasn't told their would be a bond and to leave a credit card at reception and then fire alarms went off early in the morning and the whole hotel had to be evacuated for about an hour so next stay I'd like to experience a better stay ."
